Quick: Tequila • Cointreau • Fresh lime • Simple syrup • Salt rim

Ingredients

  • 1 shot Tequila
  • 1 shot Cointreau (only bitches use Triple Sec)
  • 1 shot freshly squeezed lime
  • 2/3 shot simple syrup
  • Salt rim

Directions

Use lime wedge to prep glass for marg salt. Salt rim. THEN add ice to the glass.

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until your hand feels cold; 70-100 shakes... You need froth!
Pro Tip: Bonus points for salting the glass and then putting it in the freezer before serving.

Alternate Versions

🌶️ Spicy Marg
Add 2-4 slices of fresh jalapeños to the cocktail shaker and beat them up with a spoon handle before adding other ingredients

Before you make yourself a martini: Do you like olives? Do you like the taste of sea water? If no to either, skip this. If yes to both, this is epic.
Quick: Vodka/Gin • Olive juice • Dry vermouth • Olives

General Formula

  • Some amount of Olive Juice (see variations)
  • 1 shot Vodka or Gin (vodka tastes better)
  • The smallest amount of Dry Vermouth possible
  • Olives (garnish)

Directions

Add olive juice and vodka/gin to a cocktail shaker. Shake if you want it to be a little icy, stir if you want it a little more pure. Add a little dry vermouth into your glass and swirl it around so that it coats the inside of the glass. Now dump the rest out. Add liquids from cocktail shaker. Poke olive(s) with a toothpick for garnish.
Recommendation: Start with a dirty martini, shaken not stirred. Bonus points for freezing the vodka and/or martini glass. The colder the better.

Olive Juice Variations

1/4 shot olive juice, 1-2 olives

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain into a chilled martini glass.
